Facilitate in a Digital Age

Who is this program for?

If you train and facilitate programs online, then this program is for you!

You might be a Trainer or a Human Resources consultant and training delivery is a small part of what you do. Or, you might be a manager or subject matter expert who has taken on teaching others as part of what you do.

You’d like to feel more comfortable delivering training online. You dread asking questions and getting the awkward silence from folks who are muted and may have their cameras off. You may wish you could return to in-person sessions, but your organization will continue to have online into the future. You would like it to be less painful.

If this sounds like you, then read on!

How will this program help you?

This is an engaging online program. Be prepared to benefit by:

  • Learning content and models at your own pace.
  • Working on an actual training course you need to facilitate.
  • Seeing good design and effective facilitation ‘in action’ so it’s role modelled for you.
  • Being supported between sessions through an online forum.
  • Learning from other professionals through discussions and opportunities for feedback.
