Redesign for online: Process, templates and support

Who is this online program for?

I’ve designed this program to support my colleagues – independent consultants who have found themselves needing to pivot their business to adapt to our virtual world. All of a sudden you need to shift your offerings from in-person to online and you need help getting started.

This course is also for learning professionals in small or medium-sized organizations. You may not have trainers and instructional designers who can support you as you redesign your organization’s programs. You have to do it yourself and are wondering how to get started.

If either of these sounds like you, read on to find out more!

How will this online program help you?

This is an engaging and hands-on program with modules ranging from 60 minutes to 90 minutes. You will benefit by:

  • Working on an actual training course you need to redesign.
  • Seeing good design and effective facilitation ‘in action’ so it’s role modelled for you.
  • Learning from the processes I follow and receiving the templates I use with my clients.
  • Being supported between sessions through an online forum.
  • Learning from other L&D professionals through discussions and opportunities for feedback.
