Performance Matters has partnered with CoachingOurselves to enhance organizational effectiveness through peer coaching and leadership development.  CoachingOurselves was developed by Henry Mintzberg and Phil LeNir to help organizations develop leadership capacity and improve organizational performance through peer-coaching and learning.

CoachingOurselves Methodology

CoachingOurselves modules are structured as 90-minute sessions for a small group of managers and leaders. Each session is guided by a discussion guide that provides content and questions to focus the discussion on day to day managerial experiences and actions to improve performance.
