This manufacturing company recognized the importance of global leadership development to increase its leadership ‘bench strength’ as a key driver in their business strategy.
The needs assessment included meeting with senior leaders and the executive team to understand the current leadership strengths and refine the leadership competencies.
Custom-Designed Leadership Program
The custom-designed leadership program is a five-day residential program that includes:
- Leadership effectiveness through Everything DiSC Manager.
- Financial acumen through a hands-on simulation.
- Strategic thinking tools applied to two cases.
- Risk management process and tools applied to two cases.
- Negotiation techniques applied to a vignette.
- A capstone case where participants apply course concepts to a company-specific case and present their analysis and recommendations to the senior executive team.
Facilitation and Business Impact
2019 marks the seventh year Hannah has facilitated this program. The organization has adopted several of the strategic thinking and risk management tools and models at the executive level. We worked with the client to evaluate the ROI of the program. They have seen thousands of dollars in savings as leaders apply the skills they learned in the program.
