Business Need
ACCES Employment created an Electrical Engineering Connections program to support internationally-trained engineering professionals transitioning into the Canadian workplace. They wanted to enhance the modules to make the program more engaging.
Online Training Program
The program was designed for exclusively online delivery. Hannah worked with the client to enhance the existing content to make the material more engaging for participants. Hannah rebuilt recorded video lectures into elearning courses with questions to check knowledge, requirements to visit external websites and videos, and testing to track understanding of the content.
