This Financial Technology (FinTech) company wanted to build on the success of earlier compliance elearning courses we created (Privacy & Security and Health & Safety).
Design Process and Elearning Training
As part of the custom design, Hannah reviewed their policy and procedure documents and recommended a process for investigating incidents. The elearning course outlined this process and had participants apply a progressive scenario to the process.
By using a storytelling approach, visually stimulating design, and a user-friendly interface, the elearning course engaged employees and delighted the client.
