In this 8 month engagement, Hannah worked with this client to help her develop better boundaries with her director. The client used two metaphors in her development. One highlighted her current approach with her boss and another illustrated a new way of managing the relationship. The leadership coaching included practices for her to develop the skills she needed to identify when boundaries were being crossed, establish the role she wanted to have with her director, and develop the ability to say no.
