We want our new employees to learn about our association and the key information they need when they join.
This professional association wanted to enhance its onboarding program by including a fun and interactive elearning course for some of the initial orientation content.
Elearning Course Design
By using scenarios, new employees learned how to use an interactive organization chart to ‘find employees’, learn about the organization structure, identify board members, and explain the organization in a mock neighbourhood social event.
