Business Need

This regional municipality wanted to include a session on ‘partnership’ in a broader team development program. Partnering for this client meant shifting from a reactive mindset to a pro-active, performance consulting approach when working with internal clients.

Workshop Design and Facilitation

Hannah designed and facilitated a session that used a highly interactive case as the foundation for learning. Through the case and discussion, participants explored how they could integrate a performance consulting approach into their service role. They learned how exploring the broader needs with their internal clients helped them to identify more holistic approaches to meet their needs.
