Senior Leadership Development Program

We need to develop our local talent so we have capable leaders for future leadership roles.

Business Need

This international non-profit organization works primarily in developing countries. They recognized the majority of their senior roles, however, were filled by leaders from developed countries. They identified a business need to create a robust senior leadership development program to develop future executives from their local populations.

Leadership Training Program

We designed a three-year senior leadership curriculum that included:

  • An integrated design with their existing courses and their annual conference.
  • A variety of delivery channels, including on-the-job learning, robust project work, and quarterly online conferences.
  • Content in technical topics such as banking operations and risk management.
  • Content in critical leadership skills such as communication and change management.
