We have 100 elected members gathering for our AGM and want to provide training on financial acumen, board-level decision-making and conflict management.
As a co-operative, Gay Lea Foods has elected Delegates and Board Members who provide governance over their business. Gay Lea Foods has a rich history of developing these members and wanted to build on their existing leadership development program.
Board Level Development
Hannah created a two-day session that focused on using financial statements to make board-level decisions, making decisions under pressure, and managing conflict. The session included a conflict self-assessment and a multi-part case study allowing participants to apply concepts as they were learning.
Hannah invited Bruce Magee at GBB Inc. to collaborate on this project and co-facilitate the session.
