This non-profit organization had incredibly committed employees, which allowed the organization to provide a consistently positive experience for the children in their care and their families. However, with such long tenure, the employees developed patterns of interacting that, in some cases, were counterproductive.
DiSC® Workshop and Facilitation
Hannah used Everything DiSC Workplace to help the employees and the Director understand their behavioural preferences and how that impacted their interactions with each other. They worked in small groups to explore how their styles differed and how to identify the value in those differences.
